Information We Collect
This is a static website. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never transmitted to us. Categories of personal information collected: (1) server log data processed by our hosting provider (IP address, timestamp, requested resource, browser identification) for security and stable operation; (2) information you choose to send us by e-mail (name, e-mail address, message content).
Third Parties
We do not sell personal information. Categories of third parties with whom information may be shared: our hosting provider, Hetzner Online GmbH (server location: Germany, EU), which processes server logs on our behalf. No other third parties receive personal information.
Review, Changes & Notification
You may request access to, correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you by e-mailing billing@smip.pro. Material changes to this policy are announced by updating this page together with its effective date.
Do Not Track
This website does not track visitors over time or across third-party websites; accordingly, it does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because no tracking takes place.
Visitors from the EU/EEA (GDPR)
For visitors from the EU/EEA, processing of server logs is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and processing of e-mail inquiries on Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). Hosting takes place in Germany (EU).
